To be honest I am not a fan of tomatoes but I am a big fan of cherry tomatoes. Crunchier, more sour, less...watery?

Wait...all that stuff I said about squishy tomatoes being gross need an exception to the rule. That exception is if you Roast one with a ton of salt and pepper.
