It's kinda funny (not funny) thinking about it actually because it seems like the bad things that I've done in my life were all involved with alcohol.

That's part of why I never really get drunk these days. I really hate that feeling of being out of control. I think it can be tempting as an idea to 'forget' your worries when in reality it usually makes them ten times worse and you feel shit for it the next day.

I honestly think alcohol tends to be worse than most people realise, in regards to how it can affect people. I'm glad you're feeling a little more human

Like most things it affects everyone differently I guess.

I'm usually so tense and stressy and working so hard to keep everything inside and hidden that I don't know how to relax or let it out any other way. I think that's what it is anyway. And it always gets out of hand.

I really do think getting some help with learning to let those things out without using alcohol would benefit you.

Maybe it's something to investigate?
