enough is enough
i have suffered for too long and put anything and everything ahead of my health for too long
waiting on the phone for a self referral, i should have done this a long time ago

i should never have walked away from ryl. not when i did, when i needed it most

I'm glad that you've taken the steps towards self referral. I hope it provides you the support that you're in need of.

Thank you.

I can't stop thinking about my thinking. I can't stop thinking about cutting. I can't stop thinking about how much I want a diagnosis, just so I can say this is why I am who I am. Without a diagnosis I'm just another arse hole.

I think a diagnosis can absolutely help to explain why we feel the way we feel and it can be helpful for treatment options but it doesn't determine the choices we make.

Is there anything going on causing the thoughts of harm?
